The stack. Debt and equity for the project.

TASG Advisory works the full capital stack for developers and sponsors. Debt and equity through capital partners. Real estate is the day to day. Inquiry only. Not an offering.

Team Avenue Sports Group sits at real estate, sports, and tech. Real estate is where the capital lives. TASG Advisory works the full capital stack — debt and equity through capital partners — with developers and sponsors. That is the day to day. Sports is the athlete. Tech is FootSnap. Capital Partners is the door for the stack.

Debt and equity through capital partners, not a TASG fund listed on this website. TASG Invests is a co-investment conversation when a project needs partners beside a line of credit. Inquiry only.

Key takeaways

• Full capital stack for developers and sponsors: debt and equity through capital partners, not a public fund menu.

• Unlock liquidity without a forced sale of pledged liquid holdings. Carry stays the borrower's job.

• Inquiry only. Not an offering of securities. Numbers, if any, live in documents after an introduction.

What the stack is for.

A sponsor has a project and a book. Banks move on their clock. Contracts move on theirs. Selling appreciated positions to close a deal is often the expensive way. The stack exists so a developer can capitalize the real estate without treating the portfolio as the first thing to liquidate.

Unlock liquidity without a sale. Keep ownership of pledged liquid holdings. Use that liquidity for deposits, earnest money, gap equity, or a closing that will not wait on a credit committee. Bridge ahead of senior construction or takeout. Recycle repaid capacity across a pipeline instead of raising a new stack for every site.

How TASG sits in it.

TASG is the house that frames the structure, screens fit, and introduces aligned capital partners. The platform that holds a facility, if one is a fit, does that work under its own documents. TASG does not hold itself out here as the lender, a broker-dealer, or a registered investment adviser.

Managing Partners Thomari Story-Harden and Ricardo Shepherd-Bey. Diamond and capital. Same enterprise. Field is proof of sports demand when the real estate is sports-anchored. Capital Partners is still a door for developers and sponsors even when the asset is not a field.

What a sponsor should hear.

Leverage, on this door, means using a balance sheet you already have so the project can close. It does not mean a promised return. It does not mean the line pays itself. Carry is the borrower's job. If a strategy is ever discussed against pledged assets, it is optional, secondary, and not a guarantee.

Protecting a book, here, means not forcing a sale to fund a closing. Growing a project means putting capital into dirt, vertical, or takeout on terms that live in documents, not on a webpage. Nothing on this site is wealth protection as a product.

What this is not.

Not a mortgage substitute. Not a public offering of securities. Not a fund pitch. Not an AUM figure. Not a coupon, an LTV, or a close timeline posted as a menu. Those numbers, if they exist, live in program documents after an introduction. This website is not an offer to sell securities.

Athletes and families do not start here. They start on Field, Financial literacy, or Ownership.
